DESCRIPTION
Environment presents you an opportunity of text creating and editing with syntax highlighting. Besides, it realizes all necessary functions for debugging a program on source codes.

PURPOSE
Environment can be used as an usual textual editor with syntax highlighting and as built-in to corresponding software editor.
