The model status page reflects these updates.

For the year, models and timings were added for over 2,300 part
numbers.  The majority of these were for flash memories from
Spansion.  We served over 1.2 million page views to more than
57,000 locations.

Morgan Kaufman Publishers has released the book "ASIC and FPGA
Verification: A guide to Component Modeling" by Richard Munden.
It specificly addresses the methodology of writing FMF style models
and how they are used in the verification of ASICs, FPGAs, and boards.
