It has been quite a while since I sent one of these updates.  It
is not because nothing has been happening.  To the contrary, it has
been so busy around here, I just have not had time to write this
once a month.  Hopefully, 2004 will be a bit less hectic and I
will do a better job staying on top of things like this monthly
report.
